Risk Disclosure

Acquiring or holding digital assets carries substantial risk, including the risk of losing everything you commit. Please read this notice before transacting in $GPU.

Last updated 4 August 2026

  1. 01Purpose of this notice

This notice sets out the principal risks of acquiring, holding or transacting in the $GPU token. It is not exhaustive, and it is not a substitute for your own research or for professional advice.

You should only commit funds that you can afford to lose entirely, and only after you understand what follows.

  2. 02Market and volatility risk

The price of $GPU is set by open market activity on third party venues. It can move sharply and without warning, in either direction, and it can fall to zero.

Past price movement tells you nothing reliable about future movement. No profit, yield or appreciation is promised or implied by the project.

  3. 03Liquidity risk

Liquidity in the trading pool may be shallow. Large orders can move the price significantly against you, an effect commonly described as slippage.

There may be periods when you cannot exit a position at a price you consider reasonable, or at all. Liquidity can decline over time and is not guaranteed at any level.

  4. 04Smart contract and technical risk

The token and the venues you use to trade it are governed by smart contracts. Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities that lead to partial or total loss of funds, even when they have been reviewed.

Blockchain networks can experience congestion, reorganisation, forks, outages or failures of bridges and supporting infrastructure. Transactions submitted to a public network are generally irreversible once confirmed.

  5. 05Custody and security risk

    • If you lose your private key or recovery phrase, your holdings are unrecoverable. No one can restore them for you.
    • Phishing sites, fake token contracts, impersonation accounts and malicious approvals are common. Always verify the contract address against the one published on this site.
    • Nobody legitimately representing this project will ever ask for your recovery phrase, private key or remote access to your device.
  6. 06Counterparty and venue risk

Trading takes place on third party decentralised exchanges and other venues that we neither operate nor control. Those venues carry their own technical, operational and solvency risks, and may change their fees, listings or availability at any time.

Market data shown on this site or on third party trackers may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.

  7. 07Delivery and roadmap risk

Descriptions of network capacity, hardware, integrations and roadmap phases reflect present intent. They are not commitments, and they may be delayed, reordered, changed or abandoned.

You should not acquire $GPU in the expectation that a particular feature, listing, partnership or level of service will be delivered by a particular date.

  8. 08Regulatory and tax risk

The regulatory treatment of digital assets differs between jurisdictions and continues to change. Future regulation may restrict your ability to hold, transfer or trade $GPU, or may impose obligations on the project that affect the network.

You are responsible for determining the tax treatment of your activity in your jurisdiction and for meeting any reporting and payment obligations. Consider taking independent tax advice.

  9. 09No advice and no fiduciary relationship

Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. No fiduciary or advisory relationship is created between you and the project by your use of this site.

If you are unsure whether $GPU is appropriate for you, seek advice from a suitably qualified professional in your jurisdiction before transacting.
