Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website, the GYATT Processing Unit network and the $GPU token. Please read them carefully before using the site or transacting.

Last updated 4 August 2026

  1. 01Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of this website, the GYATT Processing Unit network and any associated interfaces, documentation or services that link to this document. By accessing the site or interacting with the protocol you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site or the network. We may update this document from time to time, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

  2. 02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher, and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this site, the network and the $GPU token is lawful where you live. Access is prohibited to any person or entity located in, or organised under the laws of, a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and to any person appearing on an applicable sanctions or restricted party list.

  3. 03Nature of the $GPU token

$GPU is the native token of the GYATT Processing Unit network and is intended to be used for metering, settling and governing access to compute capacity on that network.

$GPU is not offered as, and should not be treated as, a share, security, deposit, managed investment scheme, or a claim on the assets or revenue of any person or entity. Holding it does not entitle you to dividends, interest, profit distributions or any ownership interest.

No profit, appreciation in value, or return of any kind is promised or implied. Any price you see quoted is set by open market activity on third party venues over which we have no control.

  4. 04Your responsibilities

    • You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys and recovery phrase. We cannot recover them, reverse a transaction or restore access to a compromised wallet.
    • You are responsible for verifying the contract address before transacting. Always check it against the address published on this site.
    • You are responsible for determining what taxes apply to your activity and for reporting and paying them.
    • You must not use the network to conduct or facilitate unlawful activity, to infringe the rights of others, or to attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to any part of the infrastructure.
  5. 05Network availability and specifications

Descriptions of capacity, hardware, geographic distribution, throughput, uptime and roadmap items on this site describe the intended design and current direction of the network. They are provided for information only and may change.

Availability of capacity varies by region and over time. Roadmap items are statements of intent, not commitments, and may be reordered, delayed or dropped. Nothing on this site should be relied upon as a guarantee that a specific feature, listing, integration or level of service will be delivered by a particular date.

  6. 06Third party services

This site links to third party services including decentralised exchanges, block explorers, market data providers, wallet software and social platforms. We do not operate or control those services and we are not responsible for their content, availability, security, fees or terms.

Any transaction you carry out on a third party venue is between you and that venue. Please review their terms and satisfy yourself as to their suitability before using them.

  7. 07Intellectual property

The GYATT Processing Unit name, brand, site design, written content and media are owned by the project or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement without our written consent.

Product names, logos and trademarks of third parties that appear on this site or in its media remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not indicate any affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from those owners.

  8. 08Disclaimer of warranties

The site, the network and the token are provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non infringement.

We do not warrant that the site or the network will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of errors, that defects will be corrected, or that any information presented is complete or current. Blockchain networks, smart contracts and the software that interacts with them may contain vulnerabilities and may fail.

  9. 09Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the project nor its contributors will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or digital assets, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site, the network or the token.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

  10. 10Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the project and its contributors from any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the site or the network, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

  11. 11Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site or the interfaces we publish at any time, without notice. We may also update these terms, in which case the revision date at the top of this page will change.

The protocol itself runs on a public blockchain and may continue to operate independently of any interface we publish.

  12. 12Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the project is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where a mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you additional rights, those rights are not affected.

The specific governing jurisdiction and dispute resolution forum should be confirmed by the operator before launch.

  13. 13Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
